Nikanama — Child Safety Standards (Magneta Ltd)

Child Safety Standards

Last updated: June 2026

These Child Safety Standards apply to the Nikanama app, published by Magneta Ltd (developer: Anowar Hussain). Nikanama is a private, adults-only platform used by parents and guardians to arrange marriages for adult family members. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any content or conduct that endangers a child. This page sets out our published child safety standards, in line with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and applicable child-protection laws.

1. Adults only — no minors permitted

  • Nikanama is strictly for users aged 18 and over. Creating an account requires the user to confirm they are an adult and to complete identity verification.
  • Every candidate (bride/groom) profile must represent an adult. Profiles that appear to represent a minor are prohibited and will be removed.
  • We do not knowingly allow minors to register, appear in profiles, or be contacted through the platform.

2. Prohibited content and conduct (CSAE)

The following are strictly forbidden and result in immediate removal and account termination:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualised content involving a minor.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact, exploit, or endanger a child.
  • Profiles representing, or content depicting, anyone under 18.
  • Any content that facilitates child trafficking, or forced or underage marriage.

3. How we enforce these standards

  • Identity verification: Account holders complete identity verification before gaining full access.
  • In-app reporting: Every profile can be reported using the Report option, and users can Block anyone. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
  • Moderation & removal: We review reported content and remove violating profiles or content, and we terminate offending accounts.
  • Cooperation with authorities: We report apparent CSAE to the relevant authorities (for example the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement) and cooperate with lawful investigations.

4. How to report a child safety concern

If you believe any content or user on Nikanama endangers a child, please report it immediately:

  • In the app: open the profile, tap the menu, and choose Report.
  • By email: contact us at support@nikanama.com.

We treat child safety reports as a top priority. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

5. Point of contact for child safety

Nikanama / Magneta Ltd child safety contact: support@nikanama.com

6. Legal compliance

Magneta Ltd complies with applicable child-safety and CSAE-prevention laws in the regions where Nikanama is available, and we regularly review these standards to keep them effective and up to date.
